When you send a project inquiry, we may collect your name, work email, company or brand, market, project type, project notes, selected products and any other information you choose to provide. We also receive limited technical information such as the referring page, browser user agent and country code for security and service operation.

How we use it

We use this information to review and respond to your inquiry, recommend products or development routes, prepare quotations, prevent spam and abuse, improve our website and maintain necessary business records. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers and international processing

We use service providers to operate this website and deliver inquiries. These may include Cloudflare for hosting and security, Resend for email delivery, and Feishu or WeCom for internal sales notifications. Information may therefore be processed in countries or regions outside your own, subject to the safeguards offered by those providers and applicable law.

Retention

Inquiry information is normally retained only as long as needed to respond, manage the potential business relationship, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes. Unless a longer period is required, we aim to remove inactive inquiry records within 24 months.

Security and anti-spam

We use HTTPS, restricted environment secrets, access controls and Cloudflare Turnstile where enabled. No online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection concerning your personal information. You may also withdraw consent for future handling where consent is the relevant basis.
